They swear by it.

I've not done the detox route but our family has definitely seen major improvements by upping our veggies, trying to cut out the refined sugars, etc. Jim's cholesterol has gone down and the kids rarely get sick and when they do, they usually fight it off on their own. I also have been averaging a weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds a month. Not drastic, but sure better than gaining! LOL!

And good luck with that 1 mile. Its amazing how hard we moms find it to be to even do just one mile. Jim and I try to do a mile nightly but the last couple of months that's just gone out the window. Its hard to get excited about walking when its a sauna outside and then with all the emotional turmoil going on, we're just exhausted in the evenings.

Hopefully, this week we'll get back to our regular routines. August whooped our bottoms and I'm just ready for plain ole boring normalacy!

Detox on, Woman!Elysahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14417564858613501645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3325611192184699332.post-52202584716917879032007-09-03T07:56:00.000-05:002007-09-03T07:56:00.000-05:00Just wanted to post a note and say hello.
